Emma is an experienced coordinator and creative, living in New York City. Growing up as an only child, she developed her love for story-telling from a very young age. At age 20, she moved to New York City to pursue her career and passion for creative writing and media.

Emma has her Bachelors degree in Communications & Creative Writing from Marymount Manhattan College. She is also the founder and owner of Veghead Vagabond, a multidimensional story-telling platform, with a focus on travel and plant-based living.

I’ve been on a bit of a hiatus from writing this month (or at least from posting. Lots of writing off line has been happening!) As most of you probably know, I’ve been living in Rishikesh, India in order to complete my 200-hour YTT course. It’s been a wild time, I’ve learned so much, and have made some wonderful friends (and memories) in the process. Thanks for sticking around while I’ve been MIA. Happy Sunday ✨ Today I started to pack for India and bundled some books that should be shipped out early this week. I’ll be performing at @bowerypoetry tonight with some copies if you’d like one. $16 each, but if that’s out of your price range, let’s talk! Water the Plants While I’m Away is now live on Amazon (link in bio). More exciting news on where to find the book coming soon. I’m so happy to finally have this collection out there. Partly because of how proud I am of it, partly because it feels like this project had become an extension of me and, while every poem is genuine, some of them were written/conceptualized a year+ ago. I’m following a different narrative these days—a happier, healthier one. If you haven’t gotten a copy yet, please do so. It would mean the world to me. I wrote this poem over a year ago (maybe longer??), reflecting while laying on @girlned ’s living room couch, and just found it on my desktop this morning. Life is a trip.
